Niyama: timelessly trendy


The Per Aquum group took the world by surprise with its underwater spa at the Huvafen Fushi, also in the Maldives. But curious guests must wait until October to discover their latest creation, Niyama. Located in Dhaalu Atoll in the southwest, it plans to open the first underwater night club, specially designed to disturb only the fish (which do not seem to sleep much anyway)! The objective? A hotel that is “modern, luxurious and vibrant, for hip, inspired travellers.” Niyama offers 86 accommodations, from studios with terraces and outdoor bathrooms to the Beach Residence, which boasts a dining room and large sitting rooms, and various medium-sized dwellings with private pools.
