2> Limitations of responsibility
The Group AEC would not know how to be held responsible in case of difficulties of functioning or momentary interruption of the service, in particular in case of interruption of the services of electricity or telecommunications, in case of failure or of dysfunction of the networks of transmission of data. Therefore, nobody can turn around against the Group AEC, or against its persons receiving benefits in the eventuality of a failure of the service or one of its persons receiving benefits.
The Group AEC also declines any responsibility as for the interruptions of service due to updates, of the maintenance and/or the development, but guarantees to privilege the off-peak hours.

4> Section ” Offered Stay “
Every month *, we suggest offering 2 stays of one in several nights, for a departure next month, to the members VIP (major physical persons) of Bh-besthotels.com.
The allocation of the stays is made after the selection of the jury Best Hotels on the criteria mentioned in the part ” Offered Stay ” on Bh-besthotels.com and on the relevance of the letter in support of application of the members VIP participants. In case the candidates would not have subjected a letter in support of application, they will see each other at once eliminated.
The 15 of every month, the jury Best Hotels decides on successful applicants and that must leave next month. The stays are to be consumed before date indicated during the obtaining of the gain, according to the reservations of the hotel, except periods of school holidays any confused zones. The stays are except transport and personal spending. Prizes are not exchangeable. In case one of the winners could not make the journey gained for the periods mentioned during the obtaining of the stay, dates cannot be postponed even in case of force majeure and the stay will be lost. The winners can obtain on no account a monetary counterpart from it.
Only a participation by home (same address) will be validated for every edition. The candidates can apply of 15 of the current month, from 0:01 am, in 14 of the next month, till midnight.
Hotels are selected every month, for the next month, by Best Hotels on the basis of the agreements with the partner hotels and within the limits of the available places. To validate his registration in ” Offered Stay “, the participant has to write a message in contact@bh-besthotels.com by indicating his motivations and his address, phone number and e-mail.

5> Intellectual protection
All the contents of the present site, including texts, images, logos, and other graphic elements, establish the exclusive property of the company AEC and are subjected to the legislation on the rights of author and/or the intellectual property.
Any reproduction or total or partial use and whatever means it is, the contents of the company AEC and/or its partners, without express authorization of the company AEC, are liable to a penalty, according to articles L335-1 and following ones of the Code of the Intellectual Property.

7> Jurisdiction
